The pay is not high. The supervisors will always tell you, “You need to show what you’re capable of.” The company is really generous with what it offers—depending on how much you can do.
Please, even people doing hard work serving food outside are making 23,000.
People who work using professional skills are also only paid 23,000. Just wonderful.
Anyway, the work is incredibly miscellaneous; you have to do everything.
Your supervisor tells you to do A, and when something goes wrong, the supervisor tells the boss about it and shifts the blame onto the subordinate. Just wonderful.
The boss directly tells you to make something like this, and not long afterward asks you, “Why did you make it like this?”
Anyway, it’s simply an incomprehensible company.
Because it’s a small company, everyone is quite nice, and if you’re capable, there’s no shortage of opportunities to make an impact.
The salary is fairly generous, especially considering that the company is located in Kaohsiung (southern Taiwan).
