Reporting issues to upper management feels like throwing them into a black hole—there’s no response... They make everything sound very simple, and even after passing the probationary period, there’s no salary adjustment... You ask, but they don’t tell you anything~

A department manager is very domineering. Whenever something happens, they say, “I told you, XX is best at this kind of thing,” pushing the work onto others, and they teach their subordinates to do the same.
They expect you to produce gold but give you no gold, so you can only eat shit. They speak faster than they think. If you’re just passing by, whatever you do, don’t come in.
The gender discrimination is very severe; whenever there is something to do, they tell the women to do it.
Only an interview.
The first round was an online test: nine questions over two hours, of which you had to choose two. The laptop was extremely bad; it took nearly ten minutes just to launch Eclipse.
They verbally offered 39K, but because I mentioned that I had previously taken the civil service exam, they were concerned I might take it again in the short term (within three years or more), so they said they would not contact me again.
After contacting me through the job bank, the second round was to discuss compensation. The salary went from 39K to 30K, including 1K perfect-attendance pay. Labor and health insurance were both reported at the minimum salary, and the three annual holiday bonuses were replaced with charitable products (????). Overtime from 09:00 to 18:00 was unpaid, and you were expected to be on call for any problems. Then they told me that this industry had a bright future.
For a gambling-industry job, the compensation could be even worse than DING Hsin—I could only laugh and go work somewhere else.
