A male employee brings his child to work, looks after the child while playing on his phone, and lets the child cry loudly all day, which is very noisy. He also takes the child and leaves early. I later found out that he acts so entitled because he is the boss’s brother.
The biggest reason new hires cannot stay is two female long-term employees. They do not teach you, yet they really enjoy watching you make mistakes.
Salaries will be made public! You will be publicly judged!!
The two long-term employees argued with me about why I was paid a monthly salary as soon as I joined, while they had been working for more than two years and could only receive hourly wages. I told them that if they had an issue, they should talk to the boss themselves, but they kept arguing that they did not dare to speak up and that the boss would never listen. They kept asking me to bring it up. What did this have to do with me? Were they expecting a new hire who had just joined to negotiate their salaries for them?
When they saw that I would not speak up for them, they started constantly looking for trouble. They argued that because I was paid a monthly salary, I earned more than they did, so I had to arrive earlier than them, leave later than them, and do more work than they did. In the end, they even said there were only two machines, and that the two of them were enough, implying that they did not know what I was there to do.
Faced with the attitude of these two long-term employees, I confirmed the situation with the boss again. Unexpectedly, the most ridiculous person was the boss: he said he wanted to hire me on a monthly salary, but could not say exactly how much I would be paid.
When I finally decided not to continue working there, the two long-term employees suddenly said that they thought I was nice and learned quickly, and asked why I was leaving. They then went on to say that if I quit, it would be difficult for them to take leave. What utterly disgusting people.
When I left, I took a photo of the clock-in sheet. The two long-term employees and the male employee kept saying that I did not need to take a photo because they would keep it safe and hand it to the boss. Did they really think I would believe that?
I am very glad I took the photo at the time, because they lost it!

Standing at the entrance and saying a few words is called an interview; it lasted no more than two minutes before they said to wait for notification. There was no labor or health insurance, wasting the interviewee's time.
