I started working there about half a year ago. The position I interviewed for was warehouse staff, but my supervisor would frequently assign me procurement, design, and marketing tasks. Despite having no experience, I was constantly pressured. The supervisor had no ability to manage people, but there was nothing you could do about it. The atmosphere at the company was very oppressive, and coworkers were not allowed to become too close; otherwise, the supervisor would report them to the boss behind their backs because he and the boss were high school classmates. The company was constantly laying people off, with arbitrary excuses to brush things off. At the time, the boss made promises to a coworker, saying they would develop him, but fired him outright two days later. By the time I had been there for 100 days, nine people had already been fired. Even people who worked seriously would be told they were unsuitable for the position. There was once a diligent coworker who was laid off, and after he left, the boss even said, “Anyway, laying him off will affect his future job search.” I’m sharing this in the hope that anyone considering working there in the future will think very, very carefully.

I didn’t apply to this company, but I received an interview invitation they sent through 104 for a design specialist position.
What they sent wasn’t an invitation at all—it was a “requirement”: they wanted applicants to first create five advertising graphics, with all kinds of design requirements written on them. And only if they were satisfied after the submission would there be a follow-up interview. What does that mean? They just come to you asking for free design work, and if they’re not satisfied, they ignore you? They have some nerve, and the salary they’re offering is ridiculously low.

This company has been hiring for several years and occasionally posts job openings to recruit people~
Moreover, the salaries listed are all fake. They don’t even dare tell you the real salary during the interview, and the boss’s attitude is extremely arrogant.
It is clearly already a company with a lot of negative information about it! Yet they still claim that they make money every month,
Anyone who knows the rumors about this company will definitely know that things are already very bad~
You can search for information about this company online, and you’ll find many exposés and strange marketing tactics~
During the interview, everyone seemed very polite and respectful toward the interviewee.
In fact, the salary was not as high as the NT$30,000 stated above. They said HR had entered it incorrectly, but it was not corrected even after the interview. Also, the salary during the three-month probationary period increases gradually.
