To put it nicely, there is a lot of freedom, but they are constantly making empty promises, and the company’s management changes from one day to the next.
Illegal!
During approximately half of 2022, salaries were withheld. In the last few months of the year, they were directly unable to pay them, showing that the cash flow situation was seriously problematic.
Underreported salaries: After being caught, they “slowly” adjusted them back.
The required 6% labor pension contributions were not paid. You can check this yourself in the system: the search system for business entities (employers) violating labor laws and regulations. The company also changed its name to Qinzhong Technology Co., Ltd. (Chang Yung-fu), and civil litigation can also be found. To this day, they continue to violate the law by failing to make the payments. Whenever questioned, they pretend not to understand and say they are sorry because the company needs to operate, but the fact is that they keep delaying things, and their attitude is terrible.
