Read the community guidelinesThe salary is quite good for Kaohsiung! The boss seems to be pretty straightforward and generous.
Two days off per week!
The boss and interviewer explained everything very carefully. It feels like a place where you can really make good use of your abilities!
It is a brand with some name recognition in Taiwan and has a solid foundation. Although it is not a large company, throughout the interview process I had the strong feeling that it is the kind of place where you could do very well.
Overtime is paid, and everything follows the Labor Standards Act. They also made it clear in advance that there would be no unreasonable situations where they try to deduct money from you, which is quite reassuring.
I hope I get the job.
After the interview, it felt more or less as described above.
The boss is young and thinks clearly.
It sounds like a company where you can strive for opportunities to earn a raise.
Unlike some companies that keep salaries fixed and don't adjust them according to ability,
the work here seems relatively challenging.
It should be quite suitable for capable, driven people with ideas to give it a try.
Overall, the interview left a pretty good impression.
Not yet hired; waiting for notification.
So far, there is nothing I have a bad impression of.
I discovered during the interview that this company is really impressive. Although its size wasn’t apparent from the recruitment platform, it turns out to be a Taiwanese-founded brand that I had already heard of and that is actually quite well-known. Based on this, I feel that it would be difficult to replace. Most importantly! I’ve already been here for a year, and there have been regular salary increases! The year-end bonus is also paid according to the proportion of time employed, and the employee benefits are all pretty great~~ For example, there’s a fixed beverage day every Wednesday~ As for purchasing equipment and so on, as long as it has a positive impact on the company, they’re willing to buy it~ I filmed product videos at the auction site, and the boss even bought a beauty light for me XDD. In short, I feel that everything is very people-oriented~~~~~ And apparently there’s even an overseas trip next year~~ It’s truly a happy company~~
The current office is small, and it feels a lot like a family business~~ But we’re changing offices at the end of the year and are even having a design company design the new space XD I’m super excited to move in and work there A_A
Online graphic/web design position; NT$23k during the three-month probationary period, NT$24k afterward, with overtime pay. The boss says salaries will be adjusted based on your abilities—who knows how many years it takes for an adjustment~
The listing says the expected salary is 23,000–35,000, negotiable separately depending on work experience.
I have one year of work experience in a related industry, but after the interview they said the probationary salary would be 23k, and 24k after passing the probationary period.
Heh, applicants can decide for themselves.
