At first glance, it seems like a harmonious, family-like company where everyone gets along,
but the female head of the household is really the one calling the shots. There is a weekly progress report meeting,
and you will be relentlessly grilled about your work progress and why you failed to follow up on delays.
The person doing the chasing is the female head of the household, and beneath her is an even more senior and frightening female manager who hides a knife behind her smile.
You may also be questioned during meetings about why you did not follow up with the manager about a requested item that still had not been provided,
leaving you unable to proceed to the next step or follow up on the progress (confused Black person meme).
The female head of the household is also focused on metaphysics and claims to be able to help people answer life’s questions.
She will want you to describe your family, the people around you, and even your romantic relationships,
and then act like a self-righteous life coach who gives you answers and direction regarding your life challenges,
using this to obtain what she considers evidence that you can fit in with them.
When they discover that you do not fit in, it is also time for you to leave.
In the past, they also ignored the Labor Standards Act: Saturday half-day shifts were fixed, and no leave was provided.
The boss would occasionally show goodwill by treating everyone to a meal or something......creating an outward atmosphere of being a genuinely good person.
But none of it is real; you have to experience it yourself to truly understand.
