For those who are willing to learn, I suggest spending more time applying to more jobs rather than settling too quickly—especially when the boss or supervisor often has no idea what’s going on, because the time wasted will definitely be yours. A lot of things really don’t need to be split up and handled separately, and even after they’re done, the boss may not know what they’re doing. In the end, when problems come knocking, they’ll just pass the blame around. If you’re unlucky, they may even glare at you several times. So if you’re considering coming here, I really suggest thinking it over carefully.

The boss is very nice and is the most supportive when other employees make snide remarks. This newbie is grateful to the boss QQ.

The work environment is close to Daan Forest Park. The space is medium-sized—not too big and not too small—and fully equipped. However, some small stationery items, e.g., scissors, utility knives, pens, and correction tape, still need to be brought yourself. The usual bonuses, year-end bonus, employee trips, and other standard benefits are all provided, as are labor and health insurance. There are often plenty of snacks on the table that you can take if you are hungry. There are also many places to eat near the company, and you can even cook for yourself. The restroom is also comfortable and clean. Employee seniors and supervisors report their work on time, take initiative, act promptly, and are honest. If there is something you do not know, ask; observe and learn as you go. Basically, there are no problems.

The attitude of senior employees toward newcomers needs some improvement. Newcomers are not made of steel. Sales positions have a starting salary, but you really have to work hard on your own to win bids and earn bonuses. If you just want to lie back and make easy money, you might as well go home and fend for yourself. Overall, this company is kind of like playing an obstacle-course game: work hard, level up, and get a raise. If you are willing to work hard and put in the effort, you can earn a high salary.

This is a company that will do anything as long as it can make money.

The pay is low, and the company’s office is tucked away on one floor of an old apartment building (I don’t know whether that is still the case). If you apply for a sales position, as soon as you arrive, they will have you make calls and look for key people. They also don’t really discuss how the work should be done with you. The work atmosphere is basically very poor. Everyone’s desks are pushed together, yet there is little sense of camaraderie. In short, newcomers will be ostracized. If you want to build mental resilience and don’t care about benefits, you might consider working here.
