Professionals who come here all end up becoming garbage. The CEO is the professional one—designing a single product for eight years is pretty damn impressive. There are no benefits, the year-end bonus is calculated arbitrarily, and taking leave means having 20 days’ pay deducted. It’s freezing to death in winter and unbearably hot in summer. They said they were building a factory and that the equipment was all ready—are they blind? Don’t come here unless you have to—this place is scarier than a haunted house!
A good place to stay for people who know how to curry favor and those who play dumb
Everything else I wanted to say has already been said—take note! Important people are frequently replaced; whether the way they are replaced is reasonable is a matter of opinion. Use them and discard them—quite a move!
As for the facilities, those who have interviewed already understand: what can be seen has been seen—paper-made art; what cannot be seen simply does not exist—linguistic art. There is nothing more.
The office has a nice view
A company with no systems, arbitrarily deducts pay, does not allow overtime expenses to be claimed, is stingy about turning on the air conditioning (it’s unbearably hot), and where the boss has the final say. Cost down, then cost down again. The boss has very strong ideas of his own (even when you’re highly professional).

They advertised the position, sent an email inviting me to an interview, but later said it was going to be outsourced. The timing was really suspicious.
