The supervisor has poor management skills and a bad temper, constantly going hysterical and berating people in the company group chat. The sales staff under them are also of rather poor quality.

They asked me to come in for an interview, but the entire conversation lasted less than three minutes. It was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee. The position advertised was in marketing, yet they required duties associated with an overseas sales role.
The environment was filthy. There was a disgusting meat smell before entering, and the woman from an outside vendor delivering documents next to me and I covered our noses at the same time. Inside the company, a swarm of flies was flying around the seating area for visitors.
