Boss Liao has extremely low EQ and can even curse at tools for being lousy. Directly swearing at employees is an everyday occurrence. He is a typical example of someone who doesn't care if other people's children die, and every day we also have to waste time writing work reports.
Although overtime is paid, you have to clock in using a separate time card, and the overtime pay is given separately in cash when you receive your monthly salary (presumably to avoid inspections).
Working here is basically a waste of time. If you're thinking of applying, please think twice.
