1. The office is small, and there are almost more surveillance cameras than employees.
2. The computers are monitored, and USB drives and external hard drives cannot be connected. You can't take your design work with you, so you can't build your own portfolio.
3. During the interview, the boss's wife harshly criticized others for lacking sense and showed no respect for the job applicant, casually flipping through the portfolio.
4. You must work a full two hours of overtime before you can apply for overtime (compensatory leave system). You also have to report to the boss's wife in advance why you are working overtime. I've heard it's difficult to get approved, so you often work overtime for nothing.
5. They constantly exploit your creative time; everything is always needed immediately (for something due on Wednesday, they still hadn't told you the dimensions or design style by Monday). Do they think people are superhuman with eight hands?
6. Even after employees have clocked out, they still use LINE to assign work, requiring you to be on call and respond 24 hours a day.
7. The boss's wife has no sense yet insists on directing the design, treating design work like mere graphic production.
