The boss is very good at painting a rosy picture, using grandiose rhetoric.
They trick people everywhere into providing design drafts and samples, then submit them to competitions under their own company’s name, only to come back and pressure you into taking on orders. They also go around boasting that all the products were designed and developed in-house—complete nonsense.
Otherwise, it’s various forms of emotional manipulation by outsiders trying to manage professionals.
Their behavior is notorious in the industry for being shady and awful. Everyone, please think twice.
Just passing by as someone who has suffered deeply because of them.

The work is simple and straightforward
Before the Lunar New Year, I received a garnishment order. HR said the company would no longer make deductions on my behalf. Later, when I said that I had negotiated with them privately and would handle it myself, they gave me a resignation form to fill out.
The pay is very low. Even if you work overtime, it is still very little—starting with 36–37, and that is after overtime.
Employees are prohibited from disclosing their own salaries; I really don’t understand! What is so private about this? Comparing salaries is how people make progress! Are they afraid someone will discover they set their salary too low and get poached?
And then we’re also required to download WeChat??? To request leave or report overtime hours??? The department manager only knows how to make empty promises.
There’s not much else to say—it’s simply a place where Taiwanese laborers are concentrated, with simple and straightforward work.

The salary is only 28K, with no raises or salary adjustments, no holiday bonuses, and no year-end bonus. If you have to work overtime, overtime pay only starts after 8 p.m.
