The interview process involved many technical questions. The technical manager’s questions were somewhat repetitive, repeatedly asking: if the database is slow because of the large volume of data, how should it be handled? I suggested solutions such as indexing, splitting tables, JOINs, limiting the number of records retrieved, modifying SQL syntax, and distributing requests across servers to retrieve the data. However, the manager kept repeating that indexes had already been created and the number of records was already limited, then asked, “What other ways are there?” I did not really understand how this manager defined a large volume of data. In the end, the manager glossed over the issue, leaving its meaning unclear.

They deliberately take advantage of the timing at the end of the year, when everyone is waiting for their year-end bonus and unlikely to resign, and assign everyone a huge amount of work, forcing them to work overtime every day.
Every PM and RD has to handle projects for several clients at the same time, and every engineer has to take on maintenance and operations responsibilities, making it impossible to properly focus on development.
As a result, within a single workday, you may have to deal with issues from nearly six clients, some of which are even emergencies. Your energy is drained every day by these “switches.” Many newcomers who initially want to do their work well eventually either resign or simply finish and deliver tasks without much care. This creates a situation where inferior employees drive out the capable ones, making it impossible to retain talented people.
The salary and benefits are about average for a Taiwanese company. Although it calls itself an IT company, its technical foundation and work processes are no different from those of a traditional industry company. Overtime pay is given inconsistently, there is no annual bonus during the probationary period, and there are not even more leave days.
Advice for job seekers: Only join if you are really short of money. If you are a newcomer who receives an offer, I recommend comparing several other companies. Coming here will only teach you terrible architecture and work processes, and developing bad habits will not be good for your future.

They were clearly still employed, yet they disclosed information about interviewees so that others would know
(I don't know what the intention was. It was completely disrespectful of privacy.)
