No limit on overtime.
Watching my family member work 12 hours a day in three shifts,
with 80–110 hours of overtime per month, is truly unbearable to watch,
so I am posting this
to advise those without the tolerance or psychological preparation for this level of overtime not to join.
Why can the company afford to pay for so many overtime hours?
Because the base salary is very low.

Terrible salary package

Design is simply a one-way road with no return.
Whenever anything happens at the plant, they come to you; when on-site progress is delayed, they blame Design.
If something is done incorrectly, they ask Design to come up with countermeasures.
The design manager is emotional and assigns people based solely on personal preferences.
A bunch of people were promoted just to prepare his reports.
He is always asking you to do illogical things.
He keeps asking you to work on his report projects, then asks why you can never finish your daily cases.
You work so much overtime that even your children no longer recognize you.
This is Design.
