Pros

Brand-new building and furnishings, not far from the MRT station. That's about it.

Cons

1. The company is quite profitable, but treats its employees very poorly.

2. A certain senior executive has a very bad temper and will yell at employees and hurl profanities at them. They require meetings to be held before work starts and like to schedule meetings during lunch breaks or just before the end of the workday.

3. The atmosphere at the company is very unpleasant. People who like working in a cheerful environment are advised not to come.

Pros

There is no lunch break. They were reported before and still dared not to improve.

2015/09/24: Extended working hours exceeded the limit prescribed by law, Labor Standards Act, Article 32, Paragraph 2.

2015/09/24: Failed to pay the additional wages required for extended working hours, Labor Standards Act, Article 24.

Cons

1. The position applied for was 【In-house Assistant—Parking Fee Ticket Issuance】.

During the interview, the interviewer presented the job very favorably, saying that the benefits were comprehensive; the minimum wage would apply for the first three months, and after three months the salary would be adjusted to 26,000 plus a 3,000 bonus, making the basic total 29,000. However, during the first three months, the pay was not even the basic minimum wage of 25,250!

2. When I asked the supervisor about the lunch break, the supervisor replied, “Actually, we all eat while working, because everyone has their own area and we’re afraid we won’t finish patrolling.” In other words, there is no lunch break. What kind of workplace culture is this? It amounts to working nine hours a day.

3. The supervisor also remotely monitors computer activity and will ask you to connect via AnyDesk.

4. On your first day, you will be asked to use your personal phone to join several groups. In less than half an hour, your phone will have hundreds of messages, and messages will keep coming whether you are working or off duty.

I advise anyone considering joining this company—or anyone who has come across this review—to think twice before joining.
