1. The employee turnover rate is extremely high.
2. The office atmosphere is extremely quiet and dull. Everyone pretends to be working seriously, but very few people are actually getting things done.
3. The boss monitors employees’ dress and appearance, whether they smoke, and even how long they spend in the restroom!
4. There are two affiliated companies, but they are just as poorly run. Company policies are made arbitrarily, and several unpleasant female supervisors are extremely difficult to deal with. You have to judge your supervisor’s mood before taking leave.
5. New employees usually do not stay long, especially in the Administration, Sales, and Visual Design departments, because the supervisors are extremely difficult to deal with and very self-important. People with extensive industry experience will only have their hands tied there. Some supervisors are only managers, but they have more power than the boss. People below them are not allowed to leave work before they do!
6. The director of the Administration Department is extremely difficult to deal with. Her own department has an extremely high turnover rate, and she cannot even manage her own people, yet she loves interfering in other departments’ affairs. Everyone in the company knows that she is unpopular—except her! Nothing she says is worth listening to. No wonder none of her subordinates respect her. Regardless of how much improper money she may have accepted, the boss would probably just pretend not to notice. Anyone with some experience can see through certain things at a glance; only the people involved think everything is seamless!
7. I urge anyone considering working for this company to think it through carefully. There is a whole group of monsters and demons inside—not something an ordinary person can put up with!
