2. Taking leave is fairly easy
3. Flexible work start time from 8:00–8:30; clocking in at 8:35 is considered late
Conditions vary by team; the following describes the situation in my team.
1. Our team’s main business is administering government certification tests for local languages. Although we have handled this for many years, we lack institutionalized and systematic methods of working, and the division of responsibilities is unclear. We often fail to plan staffing and execution methods in advance, then hurriedly pull people in for support when the issue is already at hand, which is extremely inefficient.
2. Some people do absolutely no work and cannot do anything. They always dump their responsibilities and tasks on new hires and part-time workers, while the supervisor seriously favors them (I have reported this countless times, to no avail). The supervisor also adds their duties to other people’s workloads, resulting in an extremely uneven distribution of work and staffing.
3. Employees need to take turns working shifts on holidays for 3–4 months of the year
