Pros

Working at the retail store, the company has no management system, so it is actually a great place to coast until retirement; as long as your supervisor likes you, everything is fine.

The accounts are a complete mess, HR often calculates salaries incorrectly, and everyone is very good at passing the buck.

Things go missing in the store’s management, but if you have a good relationship with the supervisor, nothing happens.

Cons

Regarding violations of the Labor Standards Act, there are issues with labor and health insurance, so remember to check.

They will ask you to collect receipts in order to receive your bonus, which is illegal.

For employee purchases, they have never issued a receipt—not even once. You can figure out how much tax the entire company has evaded in total.

The system is very clunky, checkout is slow, and the inventory-counting process is also very inefficient.

There are policies from above and countermeasures below. Supervisors and pharmacists often argue. It is suitable for people who just want to coast and wait out their careers.

Pros

Free cookies, coffee, cocoa, and fruit are provided.

Cons

The boss has big dreams but lacks the determination and perseverance to achieve them.

Internal cross-departmental communication is very poor.

The departments have not yet established SOPs.

The job was oversold during the interview.

After actually joining, I found that the gap was very large.
