I worked at this company many years ago.
All I can say is that the boss is an extremely unreasonable and stingy person. If you want to toughen yourself up, you can go there.
1. Verbal sexual harassment (commenting on your body)
2. Making sarcastic remarks and criticizing your professionalism, even gathering everyone in the company to criticize your faults in front of everyone.
Asking everyone rhetorically, “Is what you’re doing okay?” If what you’re doing is acceptable, then he might as well do it himself.
3. When I applied to the boss for expenses incurred specifically for a company activity, he said he would only pay half.
The starting salary for an administrative and general affairs staff member is NT$27,000. The job involves: 1. Drafting contracts 2. Procurement 3. Quality inspection 4. Production management 5. Human resources and payroll calculation 6. Import/export customs declarations 7. Accounting
After three months, an additional NT$1,000–2,000 is added based on attendance and performance. There are also bonuses given three times a year. In 2018, there was a company trip to South Korea. The company currently has 7–8 employees. Wait for notification; if selected, there will be a second interview. Working hours are 8–12 and 1–5.
There is also a second interview, and the working environment is very poor.

The boss is very thin-skinned and has said many memorable things,
for example:
Everyone in Taipei works happily without overtime pay, but when they get to the south, they make a fuss about wanting overtime pay. How strange.
Does overtime pay become something that isn’t just and proper once you join this company?
None
The boss was constantly belittling people
and even directly asked whether I could handle a demanding workload.
I couldn't really answer at the time.
They really like making sarcastic remarks
and it was honestly somewhat rude.
There are no advantages at all
Please don't think these reviews are merely one-sided accounts anymore; really, don't join this company. There are fewer than 10 employees, yet the boss insists on making one person do the work of five. When you can't do what the boss wants, all they do is criticize and blame you, while mocking your professionalism.
There are no advantages.
The boss is stingy and constantly sarcastic, making you feel that you haven’t done enough.
A company with an extremely high turnover rate. The boss has many unreasonable work demands, so please think carefully before joining.
