Internally, there are more generals than soldiers, especially one “general” who is not talented but is very good at playing dumb and even better at acting. They behave the same in front of and behind people's backs. They have no idea how to do things, no sense of order, and no rules, making them very difficult to work with. All I can say is that their acting skills far exceed their abilities.
They always make demands of others, but when faced with the same situation themselves, they simplify it to the easiest possible standard.
