Pros

The office is quite beautiful

Cons

Basically, this company is already nearly finished. The company's procurement department is its largest investor,

and the boss is her husband, but at critical moments, she has no say at all.

The biggest taboo in a company is having unprofessional people manage professionals; this is fully exemplified here (you're welcome to come intern),

Every company has its good and bad points, but think twice about this one: a fake foreign company that is actually Taiwanese-owned.

(Even the co-investors actually withdrew their investment as early as two years ago.)

Now the boss and his wife only want to ask employees how they can make money (if you can make money, why would they need to hire you?

So if you're thinking of joining, I advise you not to be attracted by the beautiful office. In fact, this company is already nearly finished.

As an aside, this company is always asking where your orders are. When the orders arrive, there are no materials or inventory, and they ask you to provide a forecast,

then after you provide it, they tell you it's for reference only (in reality, they just place orders as they please because their funds are limited).

Pros

Leaving work on time / polishing your CV

Cons

The procurement manager is also the owner's wife and the primary investor. She likes to interfere in the work of every department instead of focusing on optimizing the procurement process.

Many of the company's clients have been driven away by this procurement manager and no longer want to continue working with the company.

The owner's role is completely useless; for key decisions, you can only ask the owner's wife, because she is the primary investor and especially enjoys imagining unrealistic ideas.

Regardless of how the company develops overall, as long as procurement remains in place, the company's decline is foreseeable. After all, a non-professional is managing professional work. During her tenure, she does not specialize in her responsibilities and instead likes to handle all sorts of insignificant matters, big and small.

I advise anyone thinking of joining that this is a place that tests your mental strength. If you want to challenge yourself and improve your ability to survive at other companies, this is still a pretty good place.

As for the salary, there's no need to think too much about it. Including profit sharing and bonuses, everything depends entirely on the procurement manager's mood.
