Mostly long-term colleagues; things are different in form and behavior. Salaries are often calculated incorrectly. The bonus system is said to be transparent, but they won't show you how it's calculated. The boss has a strange temper. You need to be very good at keeping up appearances here, otherwise you won't be able to stay for long.

The colleagues are generally very nice, and you can leave and arrive at work on time.
Business trips must be completed within the same day (if you travel on Friday, you cannot stay until Saturday to return). The meal allowances for business trips are 50 in the morning, 100 at noon, and 100 in the evening. Although the position is environmental designer, the supervisor will ask you to do sales work as well, and you have to accept small orders. The bonus system is not transparent, and you never know if money has been deducted from your salary or if something was left out.
