1. On the day of the interview, they may make the interviewee wait for more than an hour.
2. After waiting for an hour, the manager still hadn’t shown up. In the end, they sent two people: one who gave a relatively good impression, and another who was extremely obnoxious. It makes me wonder whether this company was started by gangsters.
3. The person eventually arrived, but the compensation and salary offered were terrible. During the probation period, you’re also required to generate a certain amount of business and complete the tasks assigned by the company before you can officially transfer into a sales role; otherwise, the process is postponed indefinitely.
4. No matter how far you travel for business development, you basically have to go into the company. Even if you’re traveling to Taoyuan or Hsinchu, you still have to.
5. After interviewing at the beginning of the year, the position was closed and then reopened. Once reopened, it has remained continuously vacant. It seems this company really is terrible!
No cleaning duties, and the starting salary is fairly decent.
A company that treats salespeople like gofers. The Taipei manager is quite manipulative, acting one way in front of people and another behind their backs. When it comes to performance bonuses, they keep finding excuses not to pay them.
Manager: You can raise any issues you have.
Damn, when you raise an issue, they just say that, as a salesperson, you should find the breakthrough yourself. Pathetic. The company's products are actually good; the problem is the Taipei manager's character.
No advantages
The interview only requires passing the HR stage; the manager of the relevant department does not participate in the interview. They do not understand the job-related questions they ask candidates. After accepting a candidate, they keep delaying the process. A company with poor online reviews.
My friend, a real powerhouse, joined a well-known company and only then discovered... There was no computer, no internet, no printer, no company phone, no business cards, no uniform, no organized customer list, no competitor pricing, and no training.
Any gossip? Please explain.
