Pros
None!
Cons
Clearly, I never submitted an application! Yet they insisted that I had! Then they even asked why I wanted to come for an interview! Wasn't it your HR department that notified me in the first place!
The interviewer's attitude was terrible! Extremely subjective and opinionated!
