Read the community guidelinesIf you know how to read the room, you’ll basically do pretty well here.
Most colleagues are quite easy to get along with; you just need to be careful around people from certain departments.
1. The year-end bonus is paid over two months, but the total adds up to less than one month’s salary.
2. Gifts for the three major holidays depend on the boss’s mood (if there are products nearing their expiration date, they’ll hand out a lot of them).
3. The boss is extremely emotional and unable to control their emotions. They say whatever comes to mind, love talking nonsense, and even lie to deceive people. They are incredibly self-important and seem to think everyone desperately needs this job.
4. As long as the boss likes you, you’ll have a smooth ride at the company.
5. The company has a relatively high proportion of older employees, so it’s suitable for those looking for an easy place to work until retirement.
6. If you don’t mind the heat, come work here. The building has to reach 31°C before the air conditioning is turned on at 11 a.m. Even if the thermometer exceeds 31°C early in the morning, you still have to wait until 11. The air conditioning is turned off at 4:30 p.m. because the boss says they need to save money.
The great benefit of this company is that you can get pregnant immediately after joining and then take six months of parental leave right away. Be extremely deferential to the boss and agree with everything, and you can be promoted in less than three months. If the boss likes you, they will protect you no matter what. If the boss does not like you, you will be criticized for wasting electricity even when working overtime until the next day. Working too seriously will get you hassled. If you are looking to retire, you can give this company a try—just maintain a good relationship with the boss.
