They keep posting ghost jobs, and there is no overtime pay! No overtime pay! No overtime pay! Leaving work on time will get you blacklisted! Benefits mentioned during the interview may not actually be provided, or the amounts may differ greatly. A year-end bonus of one month’s salary turned into just a red envelope! The bonuses for the three major holidays are only 600.
They even dictate which days you can take annual leave, asking all sorts of questions. It would be best not to take annual leave; otherwise, there will be insufficient staff!
When you want to resign, you may be required to wait until a new person arrives before you can leave. The turnover rate is extremely high.
The company policies keep changing. It is a company with no real system—a terrible company~

This is a company with high employee turnover that doesn't care about violating labor laws, whose managers don't know how to lead people, and where there are no opportunities for growth.
Can't think of any for now
The salary is 23k plus a 2k perfect-attendance bonus. Two days off per week. Overtime is not paid; you only get compensatory leave. You only receive compensatory leave after working at least one hour of overtime, and it can only be taken in the morning, not the afternoon. Mondays are blackout days for leave, and even when a public holiday falls on a Monday, you still have to work. The company has no systems in place; management does whatever it wants. Turnover is high, with someone resigning every two or three months. Think carefully before applying.
