An electronic components distributor. Sales salaries are on the low side, and the bonus system is extremely unclear. The business development bonus and the semiannual performance bonus, which is available to the entire company, are both affected: whenever it is time to receive the semiannual bonus, they say inventory levels are too high, so the bonus is not paid. Basically, sales here just receive a fixed salary. PMs have the most authority with no responsibility and get paid handsomely, while sales here are low-paid scapegoats who take the blame for inventory.
