The environment around the company kitchen and bar counter is unbelievably awful. Every day, there are so~~~~ many cockroaches crawling around on the counters and walls that you could go crazy… Large cockroaches also show up in the customer seating area from time to time!!!! (I’m losing it~~~~)

The cakes in the shop have no expiration dates; even after sitting there for a week, they continue selling them… And to make matters worse, if an employee accidentally drops a cake or pie on the floor, they have to pay for it themselves. So, I once witnessed a PT accidentally drop a pie on the floor, pick it back up, dust it off, pretend nothing happened, and put it back on the plate. I stared in disbelief and asked her: “Didn’t it… just fall? Why not replace it with another one?” The PT replied: “Then I’d have to pay for it myself!! Just brush the dust off and it’s fine!! It’s okay!!” I was still a rookie at the time… all I could do was stare in disbelief…

The inside of the ice machine is also filthy beyond belief. It’s apparently normal for small cockroaches to be embedded in the ice cubes… The first time I saw it, I almost screamed! An old-timer casually said: “Oh~ that’s totally normal~~” The worst part was that all the other employees acted like I was making a huge fuss over nothing…… I was completely stunned!!!!

The only drink in the shop that’s drinkable is the Americano. All the other teas, including the so-called fresh milk tea, are ALL made with creamer!!!

The colleagues are easy to get along with.

Based on my previous experience working part-time here, everything was going well, but then one day I suddenly stopped being scheduled. I later heard that the reason was that a relative or child of an executive at the headquarters wanted to work my shifts. As a result, I became unemployed without any notice or discussion. Part-time workers are treated like garbage—discarded whenever they want.
