I don't know if they still have that stupid morning calisthenics exercise period.
The managers are extremely vulgar and local-minded. The female staff are stupid and always scheming against one another.
The pay is ridiculously low, and there's a ton of work.
There's also this bizarre middle-aged woman who sorts plastic bags during lunchtime, making a racket and disturbing everyone.
They make money not through competitiveness, but through cheap labor costs.
You can count the number of good supervisors at ET on one hand
(You’ve seen the movie E.T., right?)
Most of them are pastry chefs.
Look at the revenue, look at the quality, look at the business.
No matter how you look at the company, it seems to have no future.
(The traditional manufacturing industry is already struggling enough, yet they don’t work harder and are still fighting among themselves.)
The company culture can be summed up in one sentence:
No matter what goes wrong, it’s always someone else’s fault.

I temporarily do not recommend joining this company.
As for the detailed internal situation, if you really want to know,

Workload distribution among staff is uneven: some have it easy, while others are exhausted. One person is often used as if they were three or more people. No matter how you look at it, this is a company with no prospects.
I recommend that ambitious young people not come here to try their luck.
Of course, if you’re very confident in your ability to flatter people,
you absolutely should come. Becoming an assistant plant manager, plant manager,
or even a manager or associate vice president is no problem.
The atmosphere in this company’s R&D office is extremely closed-off. Everyone knows full well that the turnover rate is very high, but when it comes to the reasons for leaving, no one seems to know anything.
It turns out the company lays off supposedly unnecessary employees without warning and makes them leave that very day. Anyone considering joining this company should think carefully.
