1. The boss is extremely stingy and only wants to hire people at the lowest possible salary. Salaries in central Taiwan are already low enough, so this is downright outrageous.
2. The company really likes laying people off. In order to streamline its workforce and reduce costs, the boss often lays off senior engineers who earn slightly higher salaries.
3. The managers all follow the boss’s wishes as well, making things difficult for engineers with higher salaries in every possible way, forcing them to resign or laying them off.
4. This company does not have much core technology, and basically there is not much technical knowledge to learn.
5. Most of the company’s managers, especially those in the Taichung department, lack technical ability and also lack a sense of responsibility.
6. The annual salary is only equivalent to 13 months of pay, and there are no bonuses. Salaries are not adjusted either, and the pay is very low—even seniority makes no difference.
7. The company only wants to use the cheapest labor to create extremely high output, while engineers are exploited terribly.
