1. Salary is not mentioned at all during the interview; they only ask the interviewee about their expected salary.
2. If assigned to work elsewhere, the overall benefits are considered poor among listed companies.
3. Many additional questions are suddenly added to the second interview, even though the first interview never mentioned that there would be a test.
4. The interviewing supervisor has a poor attitude and even asks the interviewee to stand up and walk around to show whether they move normally, as well as asking their height. I thought I was interviewing for an airline.
The supervisor is easy to get along with, the entire department leaves work on time, and the atmosphere is great.
1. Business trips to China come with only a US$15 daily allowance.
During business trips, you have to work until 8 or 9 p.m., but you cannot claim overtime. You also cannot claim overtime for working on Saturdays. It’s very exploitative.
2. On travel days, regardless of how late you arrive back in Taiwan, you have to work the next day. You cannot decide your own flight times.
