Pros

The office environment is great, meeting the usual standards of a multinational company. The benefits are quite good, colleagues are easy to get along with and willing to teach, and the company provides abundant internal and external training resources.

Cons

The transportation is not very convenient. Also, the company likes to send Line messages outside of working hours, so this may not be suitable for people who value work-life balance.

Pros

Working hours are relatively flexible, the work environment is good, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Cons

I worked at this company for more than two years. This company has one distinctive characteristic: after full-time employees pass their probationary period, they are almost never dismissed. Even people who are unsuitable for their roles or simply lack the necessary abilities are kept on. Most senior executives are also long-term employees who have worked at the company for ten or twenty years. Even when capable, motivated employees want to resign, the company does not try to retain them. As a result, many of the people who remain are older employees who seem unsure of what they are doing.

The organization is very flat, so advancement is difficult. Unless you are willing to work in China, there are relatively few opportunities for promotion.
