The upper-level manager is a complete disaster. They closely monitor progress every week and also lash out at and berate people. It’s truly awful. They also disrespect employees and falsely accuse them of things, saying things like their son is taking drugs, and so on. Seriously, this fucking upper-level manager is terrible. They also bully employees. Overall, they are extremely disrespectful toward employees. There is no year-end bonus or anything else. They said there would be bonuses for the three major holidays, but that was all a lie. When you negotiate for a higher salary, they only offer you a low salary of 22K. It’s truly awful—don’t come here and waste your time!! Engineers who come for an interview may mistakenly think they are applying to be hackers. It’s simply terrible!! They have absolutely no respect for employees!!

There is no overtime pay, the work environment is cramped and messy, and you have to provide your own laptop. You also have to ride your own motorcycle when traveling for work. Seriously, you've got to be kidding.

Pros

The colleagues are pretty nice.

Cons

You have to provide your own laptop, travel is required, and overtime can only be compensated with time off in lieu. The company’s in-house framework is a complete disaster, and they’re still using ASP from over a decade ago. If you end up with a bad manager, you’ll work yourself to death every day, be on call on holidays, and handle the entire stack end to end.
