Once you join, your salary basically will not be changed at all. There will be no salary adjustment after the probationary period, so it is recommended that you negotiate and finalize the terms at the outset.
Every year they say that business operations are not doing well, but senior management's year-end bonuses are not reduced at all; ordinary employees only receive bonuses calculated based on the number of days worked.
There is no clear path for promotion. Positions are basically not filled when vacancies arise, but the workload continues to increase.
