Cons
The salary is unbelievably low. At the beginning, HR kept emphasizing that the salary was really low when introducing the company, and later the manager who interviewed me also kept emphasizing that the salary was really low. After the interview, the salary they offered was indeed really low! No wonder everyone in the entire company, including senior management, looks so miserly.
