Pros
Colleagues get along well; it’s suitable for coasting until retirement, though some managers rely on seniority or are just hanging around until retirement.
You can claim overtime pay (the fact that this can even count as a pro nowadays is surprising).
The bonus system is fairly good.
Cons
The upper management situation is changing dramatically; I’ve heard a wave of resignations has begun.
