Read the community guidelinesProbably just that the office is nice.
Since the general manager abruptly resigned, other senior executives have also left one after another. The entire company is undergoing restructuring, its internal organization is chaotic, and turnover is extremely high. I really recommend only coming here if you can't find another job!
Couldn't find any pros
Filled out forms, completed a test, and had the interview in a small room next to the reception desk. The test wasn't difficult. The supervisor basically didn't ask any particularly pointed questions, but he did ask why I wanted to apply to this company. I said it was because it was close to home, and he looked incredulous, as if this company had nothing else that attracted me besides being close to my home. That was indeed the case: I wasn't familiar with the company and didn't know what things were like inside. Did he expect me to come to the interview and pretend to be very enthusiastic about the company? The salary listed on the job website was only so-so as well.
Also, a suggestion: this room is too small, probably only two or three ping in size. Conversations inside actually echo quite severely. I don't know whether the people at Chia Hsin have noticed this themselves; if they have, how could they make conversations more comfortable for the people inside? In addition, the interview lasted more than an hour from start to finish, and there wasn't even a glass of water. Although the people at Chia Hsin may have thought I was simply there to apply for a job, after I left, all I could think was that this company really couldn't even handle the most basic hospitality.
My own team is very harmonious and united.
Departments constantly fight with each other, understaffing and overtime are almost the norm, and there are even incidents of attacks between different teams within the same department.
In short, the processing floor is a good place for those who are physically fit and want to earn more; the other departments seem just average,
and then there are many contradictory company policies.
