Favoritism and relationships play a role; the senior employees have a bad attitude.
If things aren’t changed,
you’ll be recruiting until the end of time.

A good place to train your patience.
The verbal bullying among the employees is severe, and the seniority system is deeply entrenched. Any man who joins is likely to be deliberately harassed, and may even be treated condescendingly by people several years younger than him. When they take a dislike to you, they will give you attitude for no apparent reason even while you are working. If you have never dealt with this kind of person—especially if you are a student—I suggest not entering this complicated environment and putting yourself through unnecessary hardship.

The employees there inexplicably think highly of themselves.
Sometimes, even when you do exactly as instructed, they still give you attitude.
If you feel that your life is going too smoothly,
you can try this job to accumulate negative energy.
There is really a lot of money during the peak season; newcomers all earn over 60,000.
There is a really unpleasant team leader in Tainan who cannot teach and only knows how to scold people. Even if you ask about something they themselves do not know, you will still get scolded. The key point is that after being scolded, you still do not get an answer; they only respond, “Do you think I can take care of you for the rest of your life? Can’t you think for yourself?” There is also frequent verbal bullying, such as calling you a pig or saying you have a goldfish brain.
Because the Tainan site was established not long ago, there is only one team leader.
The people in the office are all easy to get along with.
The only difficult person to deal with is that team leader.
I sincerely suggest that the company have this person undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
In conclusion: If the team leader does not change their personality, get ready to recruit forever.

Must work in the rain
There are several seniors who take very good care of me. Sometimes they buy me drinks, teach me step by step, and keep reminding me. When I carry too much, they advise me not to, because they are worried I’ll get hurt. I’m truly grateful to them.
This is physical labor, requiring strength, and if you can do a lot, it may be very suitable because it means you can share more of the workload, making things easier for your coworkers and potentially making it more pleasant to get along.
This company is mainly made up of men and involves physical labor. There is a seniority system, and I won’t say whether that is good or bad. However, the quality of the people really varies. Sometimes, for the same task, you don’t even know whose instructions to follow. Based on my personal experience, you should follow whoever is in charge in front of you, or do it according to the method suggested by the person with the strongest opinions.
As I mentioned earlier, this is physical labor. You don’t need to have particularly good character or embody truth, goodness, and beauty to do it. I’ve encountered some unpleasant people and situations myself, but if you haven’t done anything wrong, don’t be afraid. If your own work still isn’t good enough, just do it properly—unless the other person is being too arrogant.
Don’t take this job thinking it will improve your physical health. The environment is basically like a construction site, and getting injured is normal. I frequently have cuts on my hands. After all, when you’re carrying metal frames or similar items, bumping into them naturally means you’ll get hurt. So I wear a jacket and gloves to reduce the risk, but once an accident happens, bleeding really isn’t unusual.
Also, meal times aren’t fixed, so you won’t necessarily have regular three-meal days. That isn’t always the case, because some coworkers take breaks on the sly. Still, the schedule is almost always irregular, so it’s normal for your stomach to suffer after doing this for a long time. If you already have poor health, I strongly advise against coming, unless you feel you have to earn this money—in which case, you bear the consequences.
High salary, with overtime pay calculated at a higher rate than required by the Labor Standards Act. The benefits are also very good. Suitable for people who want to save money and don't mind hard work. The company also places strong emphasis on employee safety, unless employees fail to protect themselves or slack off.
You need to adapt to working in the sun and rain and lifting heavy objects, and you may also have to work night shifts. However, all of these come with overtime pay.

I regret joining for the rest of my life. Some people leave after just one day; if you don't have the courage to do that, that's your own problem.
