Pros
Because I was applying for a department-level management position, the general manager and vice presidents also came down to participate in the interview. The questions were direct but not sarcastic or belittling. The HR director had a very good attitude.
Cons
Perhaps my previous monthly salary at a foreign company was too high. After the HR director asked about my expected salary and the salaries offered by other companies, there was no further follow-up. Once you’ve worked for a foreign company, you can’t go back.
