BAT’s trade marketing position has been recruiting continuously since July 2020 (or earlier) and is still sending me newsletters saying that the position is open.

I happened to chat with a recruiter from “Liko” and found out that the recruiter is also looking for candidates for this position. It’s a junior role requiring less than one year of experience.

As soon as the recruiter heard that I had applied through the official website, they never contacted me again.

A position at BAT has been “choosing a concubine” for nine months and is still making a selection.

The recruiter helped with the “concubine selection” but still couldn’t find anyone. What a joke. Oh, and that staffing agency person is also extremely snobbish, Miss KXX HX.

Go ahead and take forever to choose.

I applied for their job posting on 104. A few days later, I received an email from the Singapore recruitment team saying that I should register on the company’s careers website, and then stating that I would receive an invitation to take a personality assessment after registering. I followed the instructions to register and upload my résumé, and immediately received the assessment invitation after uploading it. I also completed the assessment right away. However, at the exact same time that I completed the assessment, I immediately received a thank-you letter saying that they would not consider my application. The whole process left me feeling bewildered.
