The HR interviewer was very unprofessional
They had no courtesy, constantly contradicted my responses, and questioned my previous work experience. Furthermore, they left immediately after the interview... I’m also in HR and would never treat someone who had made the effort to come to an interview this way....

The interviewing manager said that they could just find a part-time student to do the work, and that they didn’t need me. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t have invited me to interview in the first place. I even traveled from southern Taiwan to Taichung.

Every day at the company is the same, which is very suitable for people looking to coast until retirement.
The boss is stubborn and self-opinionated, and heavily relies on two idiots: the assistant manager and HR.
Anyone who does not listen to these two people's opinions will be dealt with immediately.
Yet the boss偏偏 listens to what these two say.
One became favored for not working during work hours but arranging and planning hiking trips for the boss on holidays.
The other has no ability; as long as they claim to be highly professional in HR, they try to push everything to other departments.
That's all.
1. The work is not stressful
2. The work itself is not very difficult
3. It seems that capable employees have opportunities for promotion if they stay long enough
1. A very, very traditional small company
2. The turnover rate among new employees seems to be quite high
3. Some senior employees I encountered are very good at pulling rank
4. Job responsibilities are not clearly defined
Still observing the rest...
1. The company is profitable, with a stable customer base, so there is no need for much business development.
2. The interviewer was very friendly.
1. The environment is outdated (traditional industry).
2. They asked some very irrelevant questions during the interview.
