A very typical family business. Without connections, there seems to be no chance of ever getting promoted. Those who are good at flattering the boss are the ones who stay longer. There aren't even that many people, yet they can still engage in infighting. Can the fashion designers please focus more on their own work?
The styles are all "references" to Korean brands. I really don't know what the point of running a clothing store like this is.
