The salary is far lower than the high salaries advertised online. On the surface, they claim to cultivate talent, but in reality they only want to hire cheap, obedient beginners. If you are considering interviewing there, think very carefully—it is highly likely that you will waste your time and make the trip for nothing!
The company also requires employees to sign a contract. The base salary is fixed, and they will not provide you with any additional bonuses. It has a very entrenched traditional-industry mindset, and its “responsibility-based” work system shows no consideration for employees. Be sure to think it through carefully before interviewing, and don’t go down the wrong path again!
The HR team is easy to talk to and candid.
For the first three months, the contract is renewed monthly. Labor insurance is based on the minimum wage. Salary increases are mainly provided as bonuses, while the base salary never changes, so overtime pay is very low. Traditional-industry thinking.
The company is located in a very upscale office building, and the work environment is excellent.
The interview was pleasant, and the job was explained very clearly.
Benefits include full-salary insurance coverage and, for special positions, a long-service bonus.
Although I wasn’t hired, it was a very good interview experience.
It’s probably difficult to find a company online that has absolutely no flaws, right?
