This company does not pay overtime.
Seems to only follow the Labor Standards Act.
1. The company only wants to hire people with experience who can get up to speed quickly, without needing training, at the lowest possible salary cost. People without relevant work experience are advised not to apply.
2. The first time I came in, I immediately noticed that the company even tried to save money on stationery. I had to prepare the office supplies myself when helping arrange them. You can tell from these little things that the company is very stingy.
3. The salary structure was not clearly explained during the interview. Only after joining did I find out that many additional components had been added just to meet the salary range listed on 104.
4. Although it is a listed company, its benefits are about the same as those of a traditional manufacturing company.
5. It is an old company, and many of its processes have never really been consolidated. Everything is disorganized and very inefficient.
6. As for the company atmosphere, the people responsible for coordinating with each other like to pass the buck.
7. People looking for stability should not come, because during busy seasons the company may actually only want to find someone for the short term. When things are not busy and your probationary period is about to end, they will casually find an excuse to dismiss you.
