1. During typhoons when work and school are officially suspended, the company illegally requires delivery workers to maintain normal deliveries. Workers’ lives are apparently not considered lives.

2. The senior sales staff internally disregard basic humanity and keep insisting, right on the edge of legality, that the company (milk delivery) is part of the food industry and therefore an exception. They require employees, during typhoon-related work and school suspensions, to call every customer to notify them whether milk will be delivered or not (with more than a hundred customers scattered across northern Taiwan and Taoyuan); otherwise, it will cause inconvenience for the sales staff.

3. The internal environment of the northern office is filthy and disorderly. The restrooms are dirtier than public restrooms, with a large amount of urine scale stuck to the toilet seats that can only be scrubbed off with hydrochloric acid. No one in the office is willing to clean, leaving it filthy and unbearable. The electric fans are covered in dust and grime, with no one paying attention to them.

4. They make unreasonable demands of and slander the senior sales staff—for example, when a senior salesperson fails to inform the company that a customer wants a shipment, and the client asks about it that day, the salesperson turns around and blames administration, insisting that they called administration last week and that it was an administrative failure.

This company has only these senior saleswomen left, doing whatever they please, and the boss caters to them. Administrative staff can be discarded at will.
