Read the community guidelinesThe interview was conducted by the HR manager rather than the hiring manager, which was very strange. I made a special trip there just to go over the things already listed on my résumé in person, and the job responsibilities were not explained at all. Did they think everyone has that much free time?
The HR manager had a very arrogant attitude and questioned me in a sarcastic, skeptical tone from beginning to end. I couldn't react openly at the time, but my inner monologue kept going: If you didn't actually want to interview me, you could simply have not asked me to make a special trip there just to be humiliated by you! I'm not your maid—what exactly are you acting so smug about? I'm not an employee who made a mistake inside your company either, so what gives you the right to treat me this way? Is this how you treat your guests?
The claim on the recruitment website that colleagues get along harmoniously should be taken with a grain of salt—it's false. As soon as I walked in, there was a young woman who, apparently because of her lack of self-confidence, would engage in petty behavior and was very exclusionary.
The company's interior was bright and spacious, but the surrounding environment made me quite uncomfortable. Perhaps being in and out of this kind of environment every day for so long is what makes some people behave so strangely.
The surrounding environment was too dirty and cluttered.
