The production line is extremely biased in favor of foreign workers, and at work they often target people rather than the issue. As soon as you decline to work overtime, they will resort to all kinds of petty tactics against you.
The company is extremely inefficient internally! There are countless meaningless meetings where people pretend to be busy just to put on a show for one person, completely out of touch with the current situation outside. I sincerely recommend not coming here and wasting your valuable time.
Seriously and honestly think about where the sources of internal disorder are. Problematic departments and personnel need to be dealt with immediately. There are too many redundant staff, those who have nothing to do remain idle, and there are many people who pass the buck. There are also far too many impractical policies. The company is not grounded in reality, with unrealistic ideas and a chaotic direction.

The general affairs manager’s attitude during the interview was arrogant. They scheduled the interview as if it were inconveniencing the manager’s meeting time, without considering that the candidate had also taken time to attend. The entire process involved wasting a great deal of time waiting for the manager to finish the meeting. When the manager finally came to the interview, the attitude was arrogant and impatient. The position also requires serving concurrently as a driver. Anyone considering attending an interview is advised to think twice. Don’t waste your time and put up with this kind of treatment.

That job contact person never even opens or reads the resumes—is he slacking off and asleep?
What the hell is the use of constantly updating the job posting date?

The job posting stays open indefinitely, and they don't even read the resumes sent in—what a joke.
