Pros

You can learn a lot of things. When others take leave, you are the one who has to shoulder the workload, so the company will turn you into an all-rounder—you have to know how to do everything, and you may be reassigned at any time.

The sales team and other colleagues are all very enthusiastic and easy to get along with.

Cons

I changed seats three times within just seven working days, and each time I exchanged seats with a colleague who was sitting in my original seat. It was extremely awkward. It was only because of the seat changes that I discovered the boss’s wife would reassign people’s duties at any time. The colleague whose seat was taken was informed on the spot, without warning, that her duties had been reassigned.

The assistant colleague responsible for training others has a very domineering attitude and is not very patient with newcomers. Her attitude changes faster than in Peking opera. The sales staff are constantly berated. If you like challenging your ability to handle pressure, you can give it a try.

Pros

Convenient places to eat lunch and park scooters near the company.

Cons

After the interview, they pressured me to report to work as soon as possible so I could hand over duties to my predecessor. After five days on the job, the handover was complete, and after one week, I was dismissed. They gave an inexplicable reason and told me to work until the end of that day and leave. A company that treats its employees so casually is absolutely not worth wasting your time on. Oh, and this company operates under a duty-based work system.
