Read the community guidelinesThe interview process began with filling out information, followed by a small test (multiple-choice questions), including mechanical and intelligence-test-type questions. Ms. Mia was kind during the interview, which was very relaxed, and all the questions were quite simple.
The woman who conducted the interview was very kind, but when it came to Team Leader Leo, I have no idea what he was acting so arrogant about. He repeatedly put pressure on me during the interview. Most importantly, I was receiving money from your company, wasn’t I?
Team Leader Leo’s attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. Have you never looked for a job before? Do you understand what the word “respect” means? Didn’t your mother teach you about respect when you were growing up? Or did your teachers at school not teach you, or were you simply unable to learn? You’ve been in the workforce for so long, yet you still don’t understand the meaning of respect—is that it?
I truly feel deeply sorry for you. Anyway, what I want to say is: Anyone coming for an interview should think very carefully—then think again.
